ART STYLES We offer affordable art for everyone – an eclectic and ever-changing collection of unusual and original contemporary artworks and hand made craft items at a range of prices to suit any budget. We aim to encourage the joy of owning something unique and individual. We have monthly exhibitions - solo, group or competition based . We show a huge variety of styles from both emerging and well-respected artists in all media. Come along to meet us over a glass of wine at one of our opening nights!GIFTWARE Our giftware, jewellery and ornaments are all individually made - as an art venue we do not deal in mass produced or imported items. FOR ARTISTS We offer a range of low cost alternatives to a having a large formal exhibition. We help you takeyour first steps into the commercial art world by being friendly, low-key and non-threatening. Our classes and competitions involve the whole community and bring out their artistic talents. CLASSES Our artist-run classes include wheel based pottery, hand pottery, mosaics, ceramics painting and both tutored and causal life drawing sessions. All our classes are relaxed, informal and in small groups for a great social experience as well as picking up skills. We can also refer you to private tuition.FOR KIDS For those too young for the adult classes we have “Art Fun with ildi” classes after school and in the holidays, cartooning and birthday parties - with your choice of painting, drawing, collages or working with clay. We love children’s art and all our competitions allow junior entries. They can even get the work displayed in the gallery!ART SUPPLIES and SERVICES We stock a limited range of affordable artist quality locally made canvasses, acrylic paints and clay and have a kiln firing service at easonable rates. HOURS Open Tue - Sat 10 am - 6 pm.
