The company was started in 2002 with the interest in preserving the old vines from extinction, due to the demand from larger mass producing wineries to machine harvest vines. These old vines are not suited to machine harvesting. They are hand pruned and harvested. Too broad to allow a machine access.As a result we produce an extremely high quality product for a low price.A testament to this is the selection of our Old Vine Shiraz 2002 wine to the Australian Parliament, and duty free stores in both Sydney and Melbourne Airports.Along with the Shiraz we offer a fresh new variety Chambourcin 2003.
