It is non-judgemental, and I work with clients in an empathetic manner to help solve problems. Almost all problems can be solved, I believe. I tailor make my counselling approach according to the client and their needs, as clients are all unique, and so are their needs. Anything said in a counselling session is completely confidential. Qualifications I have a university degree in psychology, as part of a Bachelor of Social Science, and have over 10 years counselling experience. In addition, I am a prolific reader of psychological and “New Age” research and I am constantly updating and evaluating the techniques and methods I use.
