  • Profile: Alldis Cox was formed in 1888 by the then 20 year old J W Alldis, later to become Mayor of Waverley. The company grew on the strength of its management department and the successful Auction of residential subdivisions in the developing suburbs of Waverley, Coogee, Randwick and Clovelly. In 1912 the company was acquired by Fred Cox, who continued the growth of the business throughout his stewardship. Intent on a family enterprise he encouraged his sons Alan, Jack and Geoffrey to join him and today the company continues under the guidance of David Cox, youngest son of Alan. In the true spirit of a family business David, his twin brother John and other members of the immediate family continue the tradition established 80 years ago. With over a century of experience in the eastern suburbs real estate market our aim is to provide clients with expert advice on sales management with old-fashioned honesty and integrity.
