Our service extends from the Gold Coast in South East Queensland to Central Queensland in the North and as far west as Roma. We invite you to become a part of the Queensland Community Care Network through our Community Visitors Scheme. Queensland Community Care Network also runs the 100 Plus Club, a unique club available only to centenarians. The 100 Plus Club currently has approximately 300 Queensland members. Queensland Community Care Network Inc. is a non-profit organisation incorporated in Queensland, Australia and is recognised by the Australian Taxation Office as a “public benevolent institution”. As such all donations of $2 and over are allowable income tax deductions to donors. The Community Visitors Scheme is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing.
