We have a daily pick up and delivery service and if a client orders their boxes prior to 10am they have their boxes or tubes delivered that day or if it is urgent we can deliver it within 99 minutes. We also have an inter-active web site that allows the user to not only order boxes but also track their boxes. Clients can track the location of the boxes, check the box history as well as maintain an up to date record of the box contents. We have alphanumeric search capabilities built in to the web site so that if a client forgets the box barcode but remembers the description of the box contents they can simply enter the description and they will be very quickly provided a list with all of the boxes that have that description as part of their contents. There is no need for hours of searching for files anymore. Ultimo Document Storage Centre also provides a secure, climate controlled environment to store computer back up tapes. This is an area that has grown considerably in the past years as more clients are using computer back up tape systems and they understand the need to ensure that these tapes are stored in a secure environment.
